We are looking for people with a minimum of 1 years care experience that want to make a difference in someone’s life. We provide all our new starters with a full induction and then provide ongoing refresher training. We are constantly looking to develop our staff and provide them with the opportunities to become experts within their fields. We offer a career not just a job!

Bare Hall Quality Carers provide a person-centred service to clients in their own flat within a new 13 flats scheme. We enable clients to live independently as possible. The role of a Support Worker Waking Nights may involve personal care, night time observations if needed, medication and support to clients with Autism and Asperger's, Acquired Brain Injury and Learning Difficulties. All person specific training will be given before starting as well as paid shadow shifts.

We are looking for Support Workers who are interested in learning or expanding their knowledge within the care sector. Experience in the above is not required but having knowledge around these things will serve as an advantage. You do not need to drive for the role although it is desirable, it is more important that you have the right values and want to help make a difference to someone's life. You will be based in one building and there are opportunities for waking night shifts and sleep in shifts. This will be discuss with you at interview.
